This amp is equipped with two boxes, each with 8-inch subs, 3-inch tweeters and 3-inch MIDS, a habit that grows as a natural? I mean, are the boxes in a total of 1200 watts, which should not be too much electricity?

You must be sure that your submarine cable preffered Ohm load correctly. For most amplifiers, do the drivers for loads of 2 ohms, with little resistance and is better able to subcontractors.
WAT 1600 amps are designed specifically for the alternates, if a single channel. If your amplifier is designed for multiple channels, ensuring that you are properly connected.
BTW, SUBS 8 inches is not deafening noise.
